Each individual person may hold only one active jlli account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent conduct. jlli reserves the right to close all accounts associated with an individual found to hold multiple accounts and to void all associated balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlli login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jlli immediately through live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlli will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jlli reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. You must complete the KYC process — which includes submitting a valid Philippine government ID — before withdrawals are enabled on your account. Acceptable identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, driver's license, Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID. jlli may suspend account functionality, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is completed to jlli's satisfaction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. In particular, your registered mobile number and any linked payment methods must belong to you personally. jlli is not responsible for payment delays or failures resulting from inaccurate account information.
All deposits to a jlli account must be made using payment methods accepted and listed by jlli, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlli does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — you may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours during banking hours.
jlli is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. jlli may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. Suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jlli reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory AML review.
All transactions on jlli are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jlli does not charge currency conversion fees on Philippine Peso transactions. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
All bets placed on the jlli Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules. Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances expressly provided for under applicable game rules (e.g., game abandonment or verified technical malfunction).
Each game on jlli carries defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which vary by game type and player VIP tier. jlli reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Current limits are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits may be void at jlli's discretion.
All slot games and RNG-based table games on the jlli Platform use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. All live dealer games use physically dealt cards and mechanical outcomes verified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — jlli reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player wallets. jlli is not liable for losses sustained due to events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or internet disruptions on the player's side.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, jlli's records — including server logs and RNG certification data — shall be the authoritative reference for resolving the dispute. Decisions made by jlli's games team following review of these records are final, subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the jlli Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which include applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — live table games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slots. Please review individual promotion pages for applicable contribution rates.
jlli reserves the right to revoke bonuses, void associated winnings, and restrict account functionality if jlli determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; placing hedging bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
New jlli accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus offer is available only once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. jlli reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlli Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and withholding of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jlli Platform — including but not limited to the jlli brand name, logo, game software, graphical elements, text content, marketing materials, and interface design — is the property of jlli or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jlli Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works based on any jlli content without express prior written consent from jlli. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlli's total liability to you in connection with your use of the jlli Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jlli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider; PAGCOR directive; or any other reason jlli deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of its players.
You may close your jlli account at any time by contacting jlli's live chat support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following KYC verification, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager activity). jlli will notify the player via SMS before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance. Applicable dormancy fees may be deducted from dormant account balances in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlli Platform that cannot be resolved through jlli's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit any dispute to jlli's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jlli support in writing via the live chat or email channel. jlli will endeavour to resolve submitted disputes within fourteen (14) business days. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms are available as an alternative remedy for unresolved gaming disputes involving jlli.
jlli reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a notice displayed on the jlli Platform upon login. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the jlli Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
